TICKET RETURN - Thank you for understanding that ALL ticket sales to events of the Downriver Actors Guild are FINAL.
REFUND/EXCHANGE - Downriver Actors Guild does not provide ticket refunds or exchanges. Once your credit card has been submitted and approved the sale is final.
EVENT CANCELLATION - If a show is cancelled online sales will be refunded through the online ticketing service. Tickets purchased through our box office will be refunded
through the box office. We would need you to bring the tickets back to us for a full refund.
WEATHER CANCELLATION POLICY - Inclement weather is not a cause for cancellation. As long as the artists can make it to the theatre the show will go on. There are no
refunds or exchanges because of bad weather. Plan to leave home early, and please travel carefully. If the status of a show does change, an announcement will be posted on
the home page of this website.
